Sprung Core 탄성 코어(변형 밀핀)

탄성코어는 Undercut이 작은 제품 성형에 사용되며 스프링 강으로 만들어져 있습니다.
이 부품은 일반 이젝터의 기능처럼 플레이트에서 작동됩니다.
Sprung Core. Manufactured form spring steel this unit allows the release of small undercuts.
It is activated by the ejector plates as a standard ejector.

탄성 코어 조립 유의 사항

탄성 코어 지지부는 탄성 코어의 길이 H와 같아야 한다.
This area of suport must be the same length as dimension H on the sprung core.

가공할 부분의 지지부는 적어도 치수 C의 1/3 이상 이어야 한다.
The adjustment area must be at least 1/3 of the dimension C.

탄성 코어의 이송거리는 치수 C와 같거나 작아야 한다.
The stroke of the sprung core must be the same or smaller than the dimension C.

탄성 코어를 고정하고 있는 상측 이젝터 플레이트는 모든 경우에 있어 최소 15mm 이상이어야 한다.
The plate that houses the shaft of the core must be minimum 15 milimeter in all cases.

빼기 구배는 최소 2도 이상이어야 한다.
The draft angle must be minimum 2 degrees.

탄성 코어의 길이는 조립상태에서 0.02/0.05 정도 커야 한다.
The core length must be 0.02/0.05 larger than is own hole.

일반적으로 조립공차는 H7/g 이다.
General tolerance of adjustment H7/g6

두개로 조립되어 있는 탄성 코어의 경우 길이 조정이 끝난 후 성형품의 원활한 취촐을 위해 상단부를
0.1mm 정도 제거한다.
After the core are ajusted, remove 0.1 for to ensure smooth ejection.
